Connection is a valuable tool for healing, and in my work with Black, queer, and trans individuals and groups, I collaborate with people to help them discover and practice the tools they need to move beyond surviving and into thriving. While trauma and resilience are often aspects of our experience, our connection is centered in the sacredness we carry within ourselves.
I practice integrative somatic parts work, weaving together mind-body awareness and parts work to support clients in reconnecting with themselves in deep, transformative ways. My approach is responsive and engaging, asking questions that illuminate an individual’s inner wisdom and honor the complexity of their experience. Through this work, we make space for every part of you—your strength, your scars, your joy, your survival—to be seen, understood, and integrated.
One of my goals in therapy is to provide clients with a safe, affirming space where they can feel seen and heard in their fullness. In our journey, we carry with us our ancestors who deserved healing but were never given the opportunity. Generations heal through us. The first step is reaching out for support. I look forward to hearing from you!
